We, in accordance to the GDPR, will not assume that you have authorized us to send you notifications or emails, as such; users and guests must opt-in at any time to receive these. The staff team reserve the right to send one-off emails or Private Messages where appropriate.

This data is passed through a third party mailing list management solution, which is managed and maintained by the Atlas Industires team. Subscription management is an automatic process and does not require the teams input.

As detailed above, we do not share our customer's personal information with unaffiliated third parties for direct marketing purposes without their approval.

California Privacy Rights for Minors
California residents under the age of 18 have the right to remove, or request the removal of, content or information they have posted to the message boards or forums. This request can be made by contacting us private messaging an administrator on the forums. Please again be advised that any information posted to the message boards or forums is publicly viewable. We strongly recommend that all users avoid posting personal or sensitive information at any time.
Please note that residual copies of content and/or information that have been deleted may remain on our backup servers. We are not required to remove posted content or information if it has been rendered anonymous or if we are required by law to retain it. Additionally, we do not have control over third parties (e.g., other users) who may have copied or reposted the content or information.
Children Under 13
Once a child states that his/her age is under 13, they will be unable to register an account with us. We do not knowingly collect or store any personally identifiable information from children under 13. If parents believe that we have unintentionally collected their childrens’ personal information, they may request the deletion of the information by contacting us here.

We recognize a special obligation to protect personal information about young children. We urge parents to instruct their children to never give out their real names, addresses, or phone numbers, without permission, when on-line.
